Q: What should I dress my kiddos in?

A: Use neutrals as your base like navy, gray, beige, and cream then add pops of color that look cute on your kids. Textures are always fun as well as patterns. Don’t shy away from stripes, plaids, and polka dots. A cute suit for your little boys is heart-stopping or an adorable romper with something cute on the bum is just the best. For your little girls, a textured dress with fun patterns would look amazing. Check out this Pinterest board for inspiration. Avoid graphic tees and brightly-colored tennis shoes. Bare feet are absolutely adorable no matter the age.

Q: When will I receive my images?

A: You’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery two weeks after your session. The email will come from notifications@pixiesetmail.com.

Q: Can you help me do something fun with my images?

A: Of course! There are many beautifully designed cards in my online shop. Or create a holiday gallery wall or a thoughtfully curated album that will be enjoyed each year. All the products are printed on the best quality material. 

Q: Can we bring cousins and friends to our session?

A: I’m more than happy to take pictures of cousins and friends together along with your children but I ask that you book and pay for two consecutive sessions to accommodate everyone.

Q: Can we have longer than 15 minutes to take our pictures?

A: Yes, but I ask that you book and pay for two consecutive sessions so I can stay on schedule but still accommodate you.

Q: Can my child bring more than one outfit?

A: Each session is 15 minutes so we can do as much as you’d like in that time. The 15 minutes includes the time it takes to change outfits.

Q: How many pictures do I get with my session?

A: Your album will feature all the best images from your gallery for you to enjoy. Your session fee includes 15 digital downloads, with the option to purchase additional images, prints, and albums separately.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: Please note that cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted, as the studio is reserved specifically for your session and the booking fee is non-refundable. We kindly ask you to double-check your schedule before confirming your booking.
