Q: Should I dress my kids in their costumes?

This is entirely up to you, but what’s Halloween without a cute costume and a little face paint?

Q: When will I receive my images?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your gallery one week before Halloween.

Q: Can you help me do something fun with my child’s images?

Of course! If you’d like to make your images into a card or a cute Halloween treat for friends I’m happy to help. Call or email with the details and we’ll chat about specifics and costs.

Q: Can we bring cousins and friends to our session?

I’m more than happy to take pictures of cousins and friends together along with your children but I ask that you book and pay for two consecutive sessions to accommodate everyone.

Q: Can we have longer than 15 minutes to take our pictures?

Yes, but because these are extremely popular sessions I ask that you book and pay for two consecutive sessions so I can stay on schedule but still accommodate you.

Q: Can my child bring more than one outfit/costume?

Each session is 15 minutes so we can do as much as you’d like in that time. The 15 minutes includes the time it takes to change costumes.

Q: Should I put my child’s makeup on at the session or at home?

This is entirely up to you, but I do ask that your child is completely ready to go at the start of their session so we can stick to the schedule. You are more than welcome to use our bathroom to get ready.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?

Cancelling forfeits your booking fee paid to book the session, but your booking fee can be credited towards a future session. Please do cancel if you have sick kids rather than just not showing up. Cancelling and rescheduling links are provided in your email notification when you initially booked your session.
